Our platform is for users aged 18 and above only. No account will be activated without proof of age. Any attempt by a minor to register will result in immediate account closure and all funds may be forfeited.

90bd reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be announced on the website with the updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

To register on 90bd, you must provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to close any account created using false or incomplete details.

• Each individual may open only one account — multiple accounts using the same name, address, phone number, or device are not permitted
• Verification of the mobile number provided at registration is mandatory
• KYC must be completed using a National ID or passport before your first withdrawal
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility
• Transferring or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately

90bd supports deposits and withdrawals through Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking services — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 BDT; Maximum daily deposit: ৳2,00,000 BDT
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 BDT; Maximum single withdrawal: ৳50,000 BDT
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15–30 minutes
• Deposits and withdrawals must be made through the same payment method
• Using another person's mobile banking number for transactions is not permitted

If fraudulent transactions or money laundering are suspected, 90bd may immediately suspend the relevant account and notify the appropriate authorities.

90bd regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which must be read before claiming.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn
• Bonuses not used within the specified time limit after being credited will be automatically cancelled
• Using multiple accounts or false information to claim bonuses will result in all bonuses being voided and the account blocked
• If bonus abuse is proven, any associated winnings may be confiscated

Please review the rules below before placing any bets on 90bd. Failure to follow these rules may result in bets being voided or winnings being rejected.

1. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except where the cash-out feature is available.
2. Only bets accepted by the system before an event begins are valid. 90bd reserves the right to void any bet placed at abnormal odds due to a technical error.
3. If an event is cancelled or suspended, the stake will be refunded — however, if the event is rescheduled and completed at a later time, the bet may remain valid.
4. 90bd is not responsible for missed live bets due to internet disconnection.
5. If conflicting bets on the same event (arbitrage) are detected, both bets may be voided.
6. Match fixing and the use of insider information when placing bets are strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Betting limits vary by market, and 90bd reserves the right to adjust them at any time. Large winnings may be subject to additional verification.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 90bd platform. Violations may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Opening an account using another person's identity or information
• Betting using bots or automated software
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward staff
• Intellectual property infringement or any attempt to hack the website

90bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Upon proven violation of any part of the Terms & Conditions
• False information found during KYC verification
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months)
• By order of a court or regulatory authority
• Security risks or suspicious activity

You may request account closure at any time through our support team. It is your responsibility to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

90bd strives to deliver the most reliable service possible; however, our liability is limited in the following areas:

• Bets or game outcomes missed due to internet disconnection
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment gateways
• Unexpected technical issues or server downtime
• Losses caused by issues with your device or software
• Force majeure — natural disasters, government orders, or other unavoidable circumstances

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap
• Loss Limit: Set an automatic break once you have lost a specified amount
• Time Limit: Set a maximum session duration for each playing session
